Returns
We gladly accept exchanges and returns. If you wish to make an exchange or return contact us within 7 days after you receive your order. Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping via a trackable method and the original shipping cannot be refunded. We will not charge you additional shipping fees to send replacement items back to you.
We cannot take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package. Any items received that are damaged, worn, washed or otherwise unsellable will not be refunded and will not be returned back. Merchandise returned will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
Shipping
We deliver USPS Standard Shipping in the continental United States only. Standard Shipping arrives within 2 - 6 business days.
In-stock orders received by 11:30PM (EST) MON - FRI are shipped the next business day. Note that orders are not shipped on USPS designated holidays.
Please ensure the address you provide at checkout is correct. We ship to the address provided by the customer and are not responsible for non-delivered packages when an incorrect address has been provided.
*There are occasions when our in-stock merchandise may sell out during your shopping experience. When this occurs, we will advise you (within 24 hours) of product availability, estimated ship date and order options.
Sizing
When measuring your pet's neck measure around the widest part of the neck and be sure to leave two fingers of extra space to ensure comfort.
Material
I do my best to photograph my merchandise as accurately as possible but sometimes the colors may appear slightly different in the photos than they do in actuality. Also webbing colors and hardware may vary depending on availability.
